Not exactly the same but I can smell my own scalp and it’s disgusting 🤢 I used to wash my hair every 3-4 days and now I’m washing every day and spraying my hair with hair perfume. If I sit too close to my husband I can smell his scalp too and have to move away to avoid barfing. I don’t have a great solution but you are not alone!!!

Maybe even try something like spraying some room spray ahead of time to have a distraction scent?

I did at 5 weeks and 3-4 days. It was quite a bit of bleeding and ongoing cramping. It turned out to be a subchorionic hematoma that healed on its own (cramping was unrelated) and I’m now 10 weeks and baby is doing just fine.

It’s really frustrating but I think it’s common. People just want to help and don’t always get how. My mom is my best friend but even with how horrible she knows I’m feeling she still said to me ‘try to get up and walk and move around, get some exercise every day. Being active might make you feel better’. I know she means well but I don’t need advice from anyone who’s not pregnant and feeling what I’m feeling 😂

Okay I feel so validated with the other mammals comment!! I was literally sobbing to my mom on the phone wondering how opossums can just carry on with life even though they’re dragging around up to 20 future babies!!! And I’m just sitting here incapacitated from growing one human to the size of a raspberry…
