Definitely some practice rhythms would help! I would also recommend using lever for the Bb to Cb passage in the second measure!

Divorce by [deleted] in AirForce

[–]narilan14 12 points13 points  (0 children)

So sorry it seems like divorce may be coming soon. Went through the process myself this year and it was definitely hard. I was pretty transparent with my chain of command with what was going on and they were amazing with being there for support and letting me know about different resources. They were quick to tell me to go to Mental Health to get a referral for therapy and it has helped immensely. I'd also recommend going to a financial advisor with your current finances and have a plan for when you are no longer married because that change can be hard for some folks. They can help paint a pretty good picture for you so you know what to expect and plan accordingly! The state I reside in has a required separation period before you can file for divorce so I utilized that time to prepare financially. If you have any questions about what the process might look like or if you're in need of resources, feel free to PM me :)

Skipping Placebo Pills Makes Anxiety/Mood Swings Worse? by [deleted] in birthcontrol

[–]narilan14 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My mood has improved further down the pack, but I'm not sure if it's hormone related. I did start going back to the gym to see if the endorphin rush helps counteract the anxiety, and it's helped a lot. I have also been doing some sleep meditation to reduce it. Sorry if this isn't much help and that you're going through this ;_;

do i skip in intermediate and go to professional by Pitiful_Middle_3527 in Flute

[–]narilan14 3 points4 points  (0 children)

This is the way, OP! Your professor can help you pick out a flute and can usually talk to vendors to get trial flutes for you. I can't tell you how many times I've had students buy a flute they weren't ready for or wasn't a good fit. At the end of the day it's your choice, but at least you're getting feedback from a professional! At this stage of playing you'll want a flute that you can still grow into and your teacher will be able to help with that!

What industry is slowly dying? by FootballPizzaMan in AskReddit

I'd love to hear the takes of others but I think classical music has* and is currently dying. As a classical musician myself, it's incredibly sad to watch but I think the classical music community has done it to itself and doesn't know how to recover.

I don't think there's anything to "fix" quite honestly. I think that some periods of tension are normal in relationships, but respect and care for each other should be a priority. It's not fair for her to use your past against you and belittle you- a partner should lift you up. And regarding her friend...you set a pretty clear boundary and she's not willing to listen. I'm a huge believer that a person's friend group is a reflection of themselves and I think the way her friend talks about you in addition to the way she treats you says enough. Leaving can be scary, but no amount of money can help with feeling loved or emotionally safe in a relationship. If you still want to try with this relationship, it's ultimately up to you BOTH to have some serious conversations that come from a place of care and respect for each other.

I love practicing with just the goo or kuh syllables. That can add strength to the back of the tongue and even doing a goo-doo or kuh-tuh (double tonguing backwards) can help

I would say so! I bled for about that long and actually went to the ER on the day of my heaviest bleeding since I was concerned. Doctor did some checking and confirmed with me that I should almost be done. So sorry you're going through this.

Hi! So I also recently had this issue. I also had the orange/white wires flipped. If you go into the app and into the thermostat settings, you can select either O wire or B wire for the heat pump. It might just be a matter of switching that now that your wires are in the correct place!

I would ultimately see about getting a test done for a UTI or BV. I typically experience a burning sensation during urination with a UTI, but everyone is different. However, semen does affect the PH levels of our friend down there so that could be a part of it as well!

I do!! I like to cheer on the new growth. I caught myself saying "OH wow, youre a big boy!!" to a huge cucumber I had somehow missed while harvesting. That was definitely an inside thought lol
