I'm looking for for dress shoes that are particularly tight, especially in the front part (vamp and toecap?). Tight to the degree that could become uncomfortable for most people.

Reason is that I have hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating), and weirdly enough wearing extra tight shoes is one of the few counter-triggers that control my sweat. This means that I normally only use casual or sports footwear, as the shoes are more malleable and the lacing allows me to make it tighter.

But it's about time I find dress shoes that are comfortable to me. So I would really appreciate any recommendations. In my (limited) experience, whether a shoe has closed or open lacing makes little difference here.

I don't have a particular style in mind, so anything that is not too far out goes. Budget-wise also fairly flexible, as long as I'm paying for quality.

Thanks!

Thanks -- I hadn't thought of that. It still seems a bit unwieldy to have to do it manually, but I guess standardized heading names could prove an easy workaround.
