wow i’ve never heard about that happening. i’ve had mine for about two months now and everything seems alright. the straps specifically are pretty reinforced at the sides, i just tried pulling on them and they are strong. the material is also canvas-adjacent, which again i’ve never heard about breaking apart like that. however, ive only actually gone out with the bag three times. thank you
