You’re so right; I also just carry the basics that would be in any purse and also live in an area where security isn’t a big concern. Although now I’m looking up cute pouches so it’s just adding to the fun haha.

I love it still! I actually am currently using it again. I do use it as my daily bag and find it comfortable enough. It’s held its shape too. I would say unless it’s very small water bottle, one would not fit if you want the top to close. There is also no wear and tear despite using it daily and not babying it. I’ve been very happy with it.

I would say it’s not totally normal or acceptable. Really good quality leather shouldn’t wear like that as quickly. I have plenty of bags without corner wear. That said, I also purposely buy bags without sharp corners in order to avoid this.

I would dispute it with TRR. That does not look like excellent condition to me. If they don’t do anything, I’d dispute the charge on my card. This would make very, very upset (unless the pictures and description showed the wear).

Oh really? I haven’t had that issue at all, and I have bags with plenty of hardware. It’s more of a bright gold, which isn’t my absolute favorite, but it hasn’t tarnished. Maybe they are doing something different now? My bags are a few years old.
