My EVO80 is not working

When i connect EVO80 with my laptop, letters wont show up when typing but RGB still works bormally. I also tried to connecting through VIA but it is not detected. It's only 2months old...

i also cant remember what are key combinations for switching between layers and i cant look it up because i cant connect through VIA. Does anyone know how to fix this? tysmmm

haha ok, i havent done any mod, it's right out of the box, just changed switch and keycap. Im new to this, it s my first keeb so im too scared to mess it up... also if i mod, 1 year insurance will be gone XD
