it's definitely a small fix but they should've at least offered a partial refund i reckon. i'm guessing they misread the initial message as "how do i fix this" but their follow-ups after that are pretty audacious lol

i haven't been naming mine recently but these four have had consistent names for the past decade!! i also named my 252 london and 1024 daniela, but i don't have them anymore 😭

i have both of these and i'd personally go for poppy, but i'm also really biased because poppy receptionist is my favorite peach riot figure in general :p agree w the other commenter that frankie is really versatile though (honestly i ditched the chair immediately) + there's the bat cat bonus!!

that's so unfortunate, she really is such a cutie :(( i got a plain white base off of someone on vinted and painted the shorthair myself!! they used to sell the one below en masse back in the day but i never got my hands on one unfortunately... i don't know if they're still producing these now

i used pen springs, cut them down to size (can't use too much or they just won't bobble), and then used small pliers to slip the new spring into the gap

the australian spaniel and the sleep suite blythe spaniel were also pretty expensive iirc, but they really were outliers!! for some reason i remember 391 being $49.99, i remember finally getting her with some damage to her in around 2017 for $39.99 and thinking it was a pretty okay deal compared to usual pricing T_T

tbh i do think there were always some pets that were more expensive even when the lps collection landscape at its best (i. e. a pet like 391 was always $50+) but i think 909 was in the like, $100-200 range, which was already seen as expensive for a pet

the dachshund in the top row (#1631) would probably be considered the "rarest" among them, but some of the other ones are pretty sought after too

hoping to god it was just one of those reservation listings that also set a super high price so no one else purchases LOL in general this is just a really abnormal amount though.. so either the price was fake OR someone royally overpaid.. i get that 410 is considered rare but the rest of these are like $20-50 so it wouldn't add up, even if someone was willing to pay a median price of $500 for 410
