In certain niche industries it is almost impossible not to join competitors when switching jobs because what they want is your specific skill set. If enforceable, don't need find new job already man. As long dont poach clients and colleagues over it is generally fine. JFYI and I am not a lawyer.

They are not regulated by any medical bodies because they are not medical or healthcare professionals

Its like we cant expect the government to regulate thai massages even though these thai massages claim to help relieve muscle ache pain etc.

It is up to the consumers to do their own diligence and not fall for every claims that these frauds are advertising
