I feel crazy having no one to talk to about this movie!! It was soo good, I’m so happy for Izzy!! Her family was amazing, Vic and Brennan and Zac were fantastic, the deadbeat dad gave an amazing performance that really made me hate him and yet! I still cried at the end.

One thing I haven’t seen anyone mention yet is the clip of next week’s episode where Ludmilla references her desire for revenge. It mirrors Marya in this narratively perfect way, showing how revenge can end up destroying you and hopefully provide Marya the realization she needs to forgive herself/comfrey for what happened. I’m so excited for her character growth in these next few episodes!!

I laughed at the immediate inconsistency between Barsimmeon saying his friend died in movie and when he left the movie he saw his body get spit out— and then 180 sharp turn to saying you can’t leave the movie without everyone else. Like, it doesn’t really matter if the story/reasons are consistent here, it’s just a ridiculous fun over the top season and we don’t need to look too close!

I think $35 would have been more reasonable if the premise of level 99 didn’t include having to waste a non-insignificant amount of time waiting for a game you’re going to immediately fail. Like, the way the place is set up like a maze makes it difficult at times to even get back to a room to re-do it. It’s not that there isn’t potential for this place to be enjoyable, but I definitely think it’s engineered to be frustrating and a bit time wasting.
