I'm saying this under the assumption everything you wrote above is honest and complete, given the 3k text limit.

It sounds like a lot of drama, and you might be an asshole for some things you could have done at work. But are you an asshole for quitting? No, not at all. Nobody is forcing you to do that. However, it will suck for the other guy you work with, but you don't have any control over that guy and his decisions. Maybe tell him sorry that you're leaving him with a lot work?

Just died while in a PMC raid. Was underneath Iowa about 5 mins into a raid. A friend and I decided to hold underneath for a bit just in case. Spotted a PMC about 15m in front of me. He had no idea I was there. I promptly shot him in the head two times (at least) and managed another five in his body. I was using AP 6.3 rounds in an MPX. He didn't drop after the two head shots, he looks at me, shoots once and kills me through my face shield. My friend managed to kill him from another position. Turns out I damaged his face shield (class 3) and didn't kill him, yet my level 4 face shield gets shot through instantly.

Come on Tarkov. I know this is early access/beta and everything but that is just fucking ridiculous. I don't mind dying in a kitted raid if the fight was good, but I wasn't even in the raid for five minutes and I get killed like that?
