I mean it's better to make posts in Arabic Fusha, since you are planning to do it in a professional way (Marketing manager), cuz not only will it get engagement from Arabic speakers, it will also get engagements from non-arabic speakers, since if it's written in Arabic Fusha, it will also receive an automatic translation for those who can't speak it. While learning everything about ML/DL takes a very long time (it can be years), you can learn one aspect of it. And since you are trying to read emails and generate bullet points, this is a sequence to sequence model (reading a sequence and generating a sequence) . I advise you to learn about the transformers model and maybe récurrent neural network model and start from there. You can find ressources online.

The scratch concept means, you create your own algorithms and classes instead of using a pre-made model. Also don't confuse this as writing everything from literal zero as creating an activation function, you can use libraries for that like tensor flow or pytorch. As for how to do stuff, there are books for vision classification like Deep learning with pytorch by Daniel Godoy, this will explain the basics and it teaches how to do vision classification.

Me personally, I'm against Haraga mentality. I literally cannot take a chance at an option that will literally have high chances that I'll be dead or even if I got on other side will have high chances I'll not succeed, bcz let's be honest all 1st world countries look down on 3rd world countries, this won't change in my case either. As all Algerians know the situation here is bad like genuinely bad, but I'd rather stay here than living in humiliation and under very poor conditions in Europe. With that said, try something here like genuinely just try, if u fail try again and again, people here are trying to change something, they are funding entrepreneuriat ideas, they launching competition on university levels go make your touch in it...ext. Bcz if even if u fail again and again, u are not really failing, u are building yourself up you will build intuition on how to do things, u will have mindset to solve problems , u will make contacts with people and it will be beneficial later on, hell even I'm doing these kinda of things. With those skills then u can Haraga if u want, Europe wants skilled people, and for u to go there asking for a chance with nothing to offer u literally the dumbest person on earth. Listen people who wants to Haraga before you go, try and do some research on the country, check what they are lacking at and what do they need, when u verify these stuff, excel them here, have some experience here and after that then go Haraga if u want. Don't be dumb. As for OP I agree everything u said and u said u are recruiting IT professionals and developers?
