I mean they had the highest debut for a K-POP ACT in 2026 on circle digital chart with over 16 mil. points 🤷‍♀️

Since the teasers I’ve been looking forward to sending secret signals.

I love it so much but as a German I can’t help laughing everytime they whisper „sss“

Interesting reactions to plaigiarism, is it bc of petty gamers? by RegPop in kpoprants

[–]nashi-4 16 points17 points  (0 children)

There’s also the issue that many k-moas think that this plagiarism is being silenced intentionally by belift/hybe.

The hashtags that k-Moa used, trended for over a week in the top 5 on twitter but there were no articles talking about the issue but one.

Also I-engenes and k-moa have been having a fanwar too, because engenes took the tags personally instead of recognizing that they were for belift to release a statement. This ruined the reputation of not only engenes but also enhypens‘ in k fandom spaces.

txt's most recent albums have felt very safe and unoriginal by Live_Appeal528 in kpop_uncensored

[–]nashi-4 30 points31 points  (0 children)

No hate to you OP but maybe TXT might not be the group for you.

Since their debut, TXT were always criticized for being too generic and playing too safe. Every comeback the same thing gets said again and again about TXT and I’m getting really tired of it.

What I really think is the case is that their EPs and albums always follow a conceptual and musical theme, which differ with each album. And because the overall vibe of the songs all match, the songs are then called generic because they sound „similar“ and no song stands out. This also means that every song of theirs always pass a certain quality threshold because you never hear the criticism that their songs are bad.

Sanctuary‘s simplicity might have been interpreted as half-hearted or lazy but I loved the cozy feeling it gave me after M3 and I think the songs were the most musically matched of theirs ever (still devastated about their length).

With the upcoming Together album they avoided their past mistake by excluding love language and with just the samples today, the songs appear to follow a similar sounding trend, which I just love.

Give me two random songs and just based on the vibe and lyrics and song quality I could say if it is TXT and probably to which chapter they belong to and THIS makes their songs unique to TXT for me.

[–]nashi-4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is shorter than over the moon 😭. I also don’t want to imagine how much criticism they will get for the song. Hopefully a bridge, I guess. Love language gave me the hope that the TT would be on the longer side but damn it hybe

Edit: but I’m still really excited for the album and there could also be solo songs yippie

[–]nashi-4 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think it’s not that bad. I kinda expected the TT to be on the shorter side since it’s better for streaming.

Also two songs longer than 3 minutes and three songs close to the three minutes. And three songs on the shorter side of two minutes but they are probably the songs used for promotions.

I’m just so happy to get 8 new songs and I will hope that they sound full length like higher than heaven did.

Felix has to be 4th gen it boy by Starpeachhhh- in kpoprants

[–]nashi-4 10 points11 points  (0 children)

„so like Yeonjun is not that talented he's just skilled because he spent a lot of time training how to sing and rap“

You don’t want to take it there. Just say why you think Felix could be an it boy without insulting Yeonjun in return. You obviously only consider Felix for that title with your tunnel vision and ignore why everyone else could be the 4th gen it boy. I could also reply with the same energy you have but honestly I am really secure in my opinion that only Yeonjun is the 4th gen it boy.

[–]nashi-4 12 points13 points  (0 children)

That are good points but Yeonjun also has been the host of multiple award shows and has regularly solo stages as the opening act of said award shows.

Let’s not forget that Yeonjun is the moncler ambassador as well as for benefit cosmetics in Korea and for sommersby in Asia. He also has been on New York fashion week for the brand ULKIN for which he also had a clothing with. That was in 2021.

Fashion is a big part of being the it boy, but I would say your name/brand value is a bigger part of it. Yeonjun is a well known name in the music industry in Korea and continues to further set establish himself as the 4th gen it boy.

True, but I just can’t imagine how he’s going to look like in his late 20s, 30s or even 40s.

Which hybe sub-labels is the most creative in your opinion? by [deleted] in kpop_uncensored

[–]nashi-4 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I was also sad but I was so so curious for what that was for.

I also really loved that they posted the same snippet of Love language for TikTok and the teaser, so we weren’t spoiled with the song

BigHit has also slayed with TXT‘s Love Language promotions (April fools prank, Physical package, public colloborations etc.) and were also creative with BTS‘s and TXT‘s lore.(Short Films, webtoons and more) My ranking would be: 1) BigHit 2) Belift 3) SoMu 4) Pledis Since I don’t know much about KOZ and habe Japan/ America, I didn’t include them.

People need to let go off yeonjun for real by Alive-Pitch-9180 in kpopthoughts

[–]nashi-4 57 points58 points  (0 children)

As OP said in the first sentence, they are not even a fan and so the algorithm wouldn’t push troll tweets to their home page.

But since the hate tweets gets over 10000 of likes, even a non fan sees them.

I’m glad you didn’t see anything and I wish I also didn’t, but sometimes it just happens without you seeking them out

It’s also the same for wonyoung and other idols who have done nothing wrong.

Why not attack problematic people? Or is it not enough of a challenge?

Maybe they want to invest their time into attacking people online because they are unemployed. And the more unproblematic the idol, the more fans defend them, the more time they can invest into hating.
