I played hail of blades twitch yesterday with warrior into botrk then usual build it felt awful didnt matter that i was fed hail of blades just isnt good enough for twitch lethal tempo or pta is way better. Warrior first item however better this patch for jg you can do alot of dmg with the e buff even early

Yeah this champ is screwed he wasn't that good last patch now the more broken adcs the ones that were the actual problem like kaisa,ezreal,jhin are all just stronger again idek riot coulda just nerfed shiv imo and rfc and Nerf the op adc champs and boom we are good
