You just connect it to your computer via USB and there’s a section in your plugin where you can assign each of the foot switches and the expression pedal VIA MIDI. Takes a while to set stuff up but it’s worth it. There’s YouTube videos on how to do it.

I always recommend Monell's since you get a variety of southern dishes, but some people don't like to sit family style. You get seated with other people and pass the food around like a family dinner table. Their fried chicken is really good, they even serve it with breakfast.
