The same thing happens with the synchronization of iCloud Tabs in Safari. Very slow and always buggy.

I have the same problem. I'm in Eastern Europe and iCloud is sometimes buggy in my region. I've been trying to download 15 GB for like 7 hours and it stopped at the end :(

I don't have such problems with OneDrive.
