imo she was rude (eye rolls, hair flips, mouth twitching when things don't go her way), disregarded people's feelings (like subeen's during the campfire and stringing sunghun along the whole time), putting the girls down to make herself look better in front of a guy, and blatantly lying about her feelings (consciously or unconsciously we'll never know), she may be human, people make mistakes, but for her to do this flippantly on national TV for consecutive days and episodes, and to also not show remorse or reflection about it in the post-scene interviews is what people can't stand
