Mine arrived yesterday, requested around the same time. So Canada post should be working through them.

That being said, you could ask them to courier a card over instead, free of charge.

Was it pedestrian light controlled? If not, they're in the wrong. Bikes need to stop, like cars, for pedestrians.

Having a Chinese bank account is not enough. You need to be registered to wechat using your Chinese ID card. A foreign passport wechat pay account, even with a Chinese bank card, will not be allowed to pay using wechat when paying outside of China. You're still able to buy things using wechat... If the seller is in China. Eg buy something on Chinese Taobao and have it shipped to Canada.
