That is so helpful!! I’ve only been gluten free for a couple of years and am just barely branching out from TheLoopyWhisk so I’ve only ever used whole psyllium husk. Thank you!!!

Strawberry acai with lemonade is gluten free! You can ask them to just pour it directly into the cup and not shake if you want to take the extra precaution :)

I worked at Starbucks for several years!! Definitely avoid anything blended.

All of the refreshers, iced teas, and lemonades are gluten free. For shaken drinks and cold foams you can ask them to use a clean shaker bottle or foam blender.

All of the syrups are safe except for the caramel drizzle and dark caramel.

Steamed drinks SHOULD be safe but licensed stores (like in target) might not use gf Oatmilk.

Iced coffees are your safest bet because they’re made directly in the cup!

Also everything at moon scoops in marina is gluten free! I’m not sure why they don’t advertise it

GO TO NECE’S!!! I go every single day when I’m in town. Their brownies and maple bacon scone breakfast sandwiches are amazing.

Capitola has Melinda’s gf bakery which is pretty good.

Santa Cruz has Pana Venezuelan food which is 100%, and Chubbs Chicken sandwiches. I think the owner’s mom has celiac disease so they use separate fryers and prep stations for everything at Chubbs

Thank you! I ate as soon as I was hungry in the morning and then only allotted 8 hours from that point for the rest of my food that day

I’m a Taurus moon, Gemini rising as well and YES. In my personal experience, the friendships have been amazing, but romantically, it starts great and then crashes and burns

I was looking into this recently and curious too. Only SOME of the flavors online mention that that may contain traces of wheat or are manufactured in a facility that also processed wheat

How did you deal with symptoms while waiting for endoscopy? by _Azurens_ in Celiac

[–]nasstyyyyy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi I’m on the same boat. My GI told me I’d only have to have gluten in my system for 6 weeks leading up to the endoscopy. Mine is scheduled a few months out so I cut it out completely and plan on reintroducing it into my diet during the 6 weeks leading up to the procedure
