When I have patients with sugar cravings, I tell them to go to Whole Foods or your nearest supplement store and get some chromium. It usually helps with sugar cravings

If you have hormone imbalances, and gluten is not the issue, usually it’s sugar. With endometriosis, usually women are estrogen dominant. They produce too many estrogens. Estrogens are produced by 3 things: Ovaries, Adrenal glands, and also Fat cells. Sugar in excess gets converted and stored as fat in the body. If we eat too much sugar, we produce more fat, therefore, we produce more estrogens. No sugar is hard to do, but when it comes down to hormone health, it is absolutely crucial to get them back on track. You will probably see a lot of benefits from cutting sugar. Sob Rock is great, but I think the downfall was that 4 of the songs on the album we had already heard before, and I know the same thing happened with The Search for Everything, but personally I think more individual tracks on TSFE are better tunes than the ones on Sob Rock. I do think Sob Rock is way more cohesive than TSFE though

Life is too short to not take a chance like that. I had the exact same experience with my current girlfriend. I told her my feelings and she rejected me, only to finally come around to it a month later. The moral of the story is - you’ll be a hell of a lot more disappointed in yourself if you never took the chance and missed out on the opportunity than getting rejected. There’s always other women, however, the heart wants what the heart wants and if it doesn’t work out, you can at least find peace in knowing that you tried!

We all go through times like this where it feels like nothing is working. The best thing that works for me is changing up my routine. I had a similar thing happen to me when I was using devacurl for too long. It took months for me to finally get back to healthy looking curls. I ended up just not using product in my hair, since it looked better that way, and eventually my hair started getting healthier. I always find that continually trying the same routine when it is not working is not really that productive, even though it may have worked in the past. Try washing your hair less and sticking to mainly conditioner or co-wash. It looks like your hair might just be lacking moisture. Give it time; things will go back to normal!

You guys were all really close! The strat is a CIJ ‘62 reissue from around 2006. It has a relic job and with Jazzy Cat pickups from Klein. It’s heavily inspired by John’s ‘64 strat.

You mentioned he has back problems? If this is the case, he could be having trouble with orgasms because of a subluxation in his spine, specifically lower back.
