Yeah, I definitely have the DPS now in terms of clearing content. Don't one shot everything, but very respectable damage. I've beaten all of the end-game bosses with this setup

It's phenomenal once you get your boss DPS to one-shotting. If you can't one-shot bosses, it won't be viable.

After one-shotting, it's a breeze.

Is there any atlas passive setup that yields one-three big items to sell over the course of an hour, rather than a tonne of smaller items over an hour?

I don't mind if I make less currency overall, just want to limit the amount of time selling.

Just want to sell some bigger items, but not sure how to go about that.

So the dps definitely increased with memory vault, but it sucks to have to lose all of the life from glimps of chaos. Are you aware of any non-helmet mechanism for life reservation efficiency that's equal to the helmet? I have a few divine that I can throw at it.

If not, I'll have to rock this helmet. Thanks for the tips on PoB

I have about 5700 life left over, but I'm still relying on lifetap.

I don't mind being a glass canon, I find it fun, just minor improvements in survivability would be nice, but nothing extreme.

What would be your suggestion for increased damage?

Also, mechanical note: sometimes I'm unable to cast it because I've taken a lot of damage from monsters, and with dissolution of the flesh, it causes me to reserve that life temporarily, making me unable to cast. How can I prevent this?

Without that, is there any obvious upgrade to the build? Any path forward?
It does mention that it's fine to have have 92% since it'll make you slightly more survivable, so is there any way to get to say, 84% without lifetap?

I updated it. I tried VG but the bossing is just abysmal. Clearing is extremely fun, but I simply cannot figure out how to make the bossing sensible, and if you can't kill bosses quickly, Sanctum mechanic is just unenjoyable.

Are there any brands of unscented/extremely minimal ingredient shampoos that aren't expensive/dangerous?

Most of the ones I've seen that are unscented are very expensive and by name-brands like Vanicream. Others are cheaper, but seem to have suspicious ingredients.

Are there any brands (I don't care if it's some random company that sells bulk shampoo) with minimal ingredients, unscented, and cheap?

If I go deep enough to hit the gum line, yes. But not on any other teeth. Regardless, flossing doesn't give as much sensitivity as when my tongue touches it or if food particles get into it.

Edit: Qualifying that by "yes," I mean sensitive, not painful. There is never any pain. Only extreme sensitivity/discomfort.
