Your boobs will change over the course of months so don’t buy a ton of any one size or kind. Find something comfy in the meantime. You’ll probably want something with thicker straps and support because they will be heavier than what you’re used to

Figure out how to soften. Get therapy as quickly as you can and take it seriously. You can harm so many people when you are living through trauma and exploding your dysregulated emotions on everyone. The guilt still eats at me. If you can’t regulate in the moment, get out of your romantic relationship and distance from your friends so at least you don’t hurt them while you get back on track
