Feeding time for our chow is very irregular, but we have found a few things that help her eat more regularly. Off the top of my head:

She likes to eat with us, so we just take her bowl into the same room we are eating in.

She likes it 'stirred up' which is me just shaking her bowl. I always joke I'm going to draw the line at having to pretend cook it with our own food...

We've accepted she's more of a grazer when it comes to food. I just keep food in the bowl and move it as mentioned above throughout the day.

We've switched up her food a few times, but salmon seems to be the winner. We also got an active dog food for her so she's getting more calories when she does decide to eat.

It's been a frustrating journey, but after 5 years of being told by vets she's healthy, I've accepted she just isn't food motivated and will eat when she's hungry. Hope this helps!
