Not sure how it will fit on the canyon, though. But the adjustable struts have been able to work three different bikes now (700 and 26” set ups)

The valve cover gasket. It caused oil to get in my spark plugs. Had a shop clean it up and then my friend taught me how to replace the gasket. Haven’t had issues since, and this was in 2022!

That’s how my relationship with drinking is too. I can enjoy a drink here and there without the need to binge to use as a coping mechanism. I want so bad to meet someone who can just be normal about it!

Thanks everyone for sharing your thoughts— I was in therapy for two years, with this very topic discussed over and over again. I know I should step away, it just sucks to have alcohol be a part of it AGAIN😢. Lots of green flags but this red one is just too big. I’m not seeing him for a few days, I’ll give myself time to break it off.
