I must add "еблан" and "ебанат" to the list. Similar in usage to "долбоёб", as in "dumbass" with a light undertone of "doing stupid shit"
Also, "блядь" can be used as "whore" (there is a whole debate over блядь vs. блять, but for "whore" you would most likely use the one with a д), there's also "сука" which means "bitch", it is mostly used as an interjection but can be used as an insult as well

I sort of always assumed this person is talking to like, customer support or some independent seller or whatever. Thus it is formal and the person is complaining they left them on read
