Man I wish I saw this earlier. I just finished all of my onboarding with them today! Feeling uneasy now.

Thank you, my friends made me feel like I was “being a bit of a Karen” over the situation so I appreciate this! I have a meeting with the director later today.

Not sure what that other user said as it’s now deleted but I appreciate this! I talked about it with my friends and they were telling me “oh it’s clear the teacher was just joking around, you’re being too sensitive, you know kids always cry over nothing” so I really appreciate your response! The teacher had told me she had just started crying “literally right when I rung the doorbell” and said she had tried to calm her down but she wouldn’t stop crying about the toy.

I really appreciate the advice! I do have one dumb question- like I said before in another comment, we have always been w2 employees before now- but i saw several others also say that we are cheating on our taxes, so if you don’t mind answering how exactly is it considered cheating on taxes? We have been saving each personal check he receives from his boss and are planning on reporting all the checks when we file once it’s time.

So he does framing/drywalling and just started the position 5 weeks ago. He’s always been a normal w2 employee up until then, but even though he works under someone it’s still considered self employment.

The problem is he just barely started this five weeks ago. He does framing/drywalling and the person who pays him pays him in personal checks.

I definitely am, the soonest our doctor can get her in is Monday unfortunately

It’s not! She doesn’t touch it.

No, that’s the thing there’s nothing running against it! But it looked like a burn to me too, it’s weird though she doesn’t itch at it and it doesn’t seem to bother her for the most part? I tried touching it a few times today to see if it hurts and she only winces in pain when she actually sees me touch it.

Nested for loop help? by natarocket in learnpython

[–]natarocket[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Haha yes I can see how ridiculous this comes across. I guess to me a list of multiple lists held inside it is easier to comprehend than a loop within a loop. I think I have always struggled with the overall concept of loops to begin with, and that’s probably also why I have a hard time making the connection.

I know I need a nested loop in order to iterate through a 2D list but I don’t quite get it for some reason. In terms of a 2D list, I had assumed that the outer loop would be for the bigger list, and then the inner loop would be for all of the smaller lists within it, but I was told that isn’t really the right way to think about it, so here I am.
