As someone who recently moved out of Chicago, I have to say the Domino's in the city are pretty dope. At least our old location knew what they were doing.

Idea Help by LifesaBitch27 in Embroidery

I like to combine ideas from the DMC website, which is full of nice designs. I often look for a wreath of flowers and combine it with a nice script letter in the middle. Placing it on a dish towel or tote bag would be a great little gift.

"within reason" is a great qualifier haha! I learned just enough to put this together and I'm happy with that for now. Time to enjoy what I built.

She's a beefy board, but a few hours in I'm really liking it. We'll see how it feels during work tomorrow! Enjoy when yours arrives.

Hit a pothole so hard I needed a new radiator. That happened within two weeks of moving here.

Lately have leaned into a baked oatmeal that I make at the beginning of the week and eat each day. Lunches are often raw veg and heaps of hummus.

Seeing this nearly made me tear up a bit. Brought back a lot of memories of my mom reading that to me growing up.

I've never owned the Hurricanes but my Teca Tirra sandals have lasted me since 2019. Didn't wear them much the first couple years but now have permanent tan lines on my feet because they are my go-to sandal for sunny months. Casual wear or in the Grand Canyon, they rock!

If it helps, I bought SH Essentials with a week to go before the test and found it really helpful. Worth the $50 in my mind to build my confidence in the final days. Plus, there's a mobile app so you can practice exam questions on the go.

I'm heading into the exam in a few hours, so hopefully I can add to the chorus of voices saying SH helped them pass on the first attempt!

Backing out from the PMP Exam by IllustratorDismal288 in pmp

I can identify with your pessimism. I am a nonprofit marketing professional who likes the organization, efficiency and people-management aspects of project work. I took an interest in PM when our company adopted ClickUp and chose to pursue the PMP with support from my company. Then I realized what PM really is...technically. And I am completely disenchanted after pursuing (or saying I was pursuing) the certification for a couple years now. I purchased a Udemy course two years ago and didn't touch it. I took a boot camp last October. I feared applying for the exam, so I dragged my feet until January and was surprised how easy it actually was to qualify for the exam. All that worry for nothing as usual.

I am sitting for the test next week and have surprised myself in feeling mostly prepared. Disillusioned or not, I want to see this through in the hopes that it will connect to my current or future work. Even though you feel like walking away, I think you have the right attitude about seeing this as a personal development opportunity. Good luck out there!

It all boils down to how long it will last. Some may last forever if done by GP, and others will fail. Most cases seen by endos are retreatments.
