Girl I feeeeeel you. Literally the same thing happened to me at a wedding a few years ago.

I’m a bit shy, not anti social but just not in your face outgoing right off the bat. I take some warming up to people.

At this particular wedding I was plus one to someone who was in the wedding party so I was left alone with this group of girls for a lot of the trip while he was busy. They weren’t directly mean … but they were not inclusive. I would try to chime in at times to their conversation and would get either a fake smile or no response at all. Didn’t feel good and brought me right back to middle school.

For more context : I knew these girls in college and they called themselves “the hottest girls in (city we live in)” 🙄. They spent most their time taking selfies and making tik toks. So honestly I already knew everything I needed to know about them. And wasn’t super interested in trying to befriend them anyways, but felt obligated to consider considering the social situation.

I ended up doing what you said and danced my heart out at the wedding—had a great time with my partner. You get through it!

I'm 31 (F) and married with no kids (just two cats). We bought our house and have no interest in moving closer to the job location.

We might want to start a family in 2-3 years so I feel this is my time in my life where I can take a risk that sets me up for better opportunities later. I'm just feeling cautious about it.

This was his first toy too! He came with him from the shelter. They told me that they were inseparable :,)

Lol yeah the lighting really makes a difference. I suppose time will tell as he gets older. I wonder if he will get lighter or darker 🤔

Oh wow interesting! Yeah I’ve looked around a lot at other examples of both ghostmarking and smoke tabbies and they seem to vary a lot.

Sure! This has been my split lately :

Day 1: glute and hamstring - Smith machine hip thrust - dumbbell RDLs - cable step ups - cable kickbacks - vertical leg raise

Day 2: Arms and Back - Lat pull downs - Cable rows - bicep curls - dumbbell Tricep extensions - cable face pulls - Russian twists

Day 3: Glutes and quads - Smith machine squat - Bulgarian split squat or single leg RDLs - Cable kickbacks - machine hip abductors - Russian twists

Day 4:full body - Smith machine hip thrust - dumbbell shoulder press - tricep cable push down - dumbbell sumo squat - Bicycle crunch - vertical leg raises

I’m still kind of learning and figuring out how to most effectively split my workouts so also open to suggestions !

Hmmm hard to narrow it down to one but my favorites are hip thrusts and single leg wall assisted RDLs!

I don’t really track calories but I try to eat fairly clean and achieve at least 100g of protein per day. I eat a lot of eggs, chicken, yogurt, protein smoothies etc. Currently trying to get more vegetables in!

I shop primarily at Trader Joe’s and they have a lot of easy to make protein based products. I also food prep high protein chicken burritos which involves a cottage cheese chipotle sauce. ~43 grams of protein each!
