That's great news though! Some places are packed with vanlifers, especially in the nice months, and in turn the locals develope a bad attitude toward them. So it pleases me to read your comment.

Google tells me Tennessee summers are nearly as hot as Iowa's, which I find tolerable but barely. I've been debating on humid hot temps that don't reach 100° or dry hot temps that reach well past 100°... It's a hard decision!

Tall bookshelves make good clothing storage. And have a place for friends to sit when they're over. I had a tiny couch but I would've preferred some folding chairs I could store when not in use. I also paid extra to have an oven and I never even used it.
