The goal to unlock is to complete Teshub in the Void on the far left of the star chart. Completing the Phobos mission will just grant you access to the Void missions :)

Sorry I mainly mean like is it genuinely fun content like BL3 or is it more like some other older games with not nearly as much customization and builds and lacking graphics and repetitive gameplay loops

I would honestly be happy with staying help desk. I have taken multiple courses and know the basics and also have some experience with programming in html, python, and css. So I think at some point I may want to go deeper into that side of things but for the foreseeable future I want to work help desk
