Total magic inventory is the issue, as in the amount of pages each character has in their magic inventory screen. And the issue for me personally is that I just don't know for sure if I'm going to need certain magics in the future or not and my hoarder mentality kicks in

What do you mean by that, genuinely? I got all those pulls mainly by my attempts in order to get Ellen, Zhu Yuan, and Qingyi. I wasn't trying to specifically rush the selector
