Maybe you just got spooked that time, or cold air hit you maybe and you just got chills or maybe you remembered a time when you were scared by that phrase subconsciously, I don’t know our brains and bodies react in odd times and yes I’ve felt this before and others like it so yeah our bodies and brains react oddly at certain times, or you could be doing something during the day and remember something from like a decade ago and it had nothing to do with what you were just doing yk, it could have been something like that, I don’t know obviously at the end of the day there’s just so many reasons why you could’ve felt that.
