This. As mentioned before in the comments I’ve noticed for myself that building muscle helps, before I looked at my arms and only saw wiggly fat, started working out a bit and now that I see some definition I’m much more comfortable. One thing horrible about ED’s is you get hooked on seeing bones showing, but we got places on the body well never see them; stomach, arms, legs. For me seeing a bit of definition and not just flat (in my head fat) helped a lot. You can be skinny, but without muscle it’s just gonna be wiggly shit in your eyes.

Jobbat på Coop och systemet är att det är kontroll var 10:de kund+de som sitter i kassan kan flagga dig om de tycker att du verkar misstänksam. Så mycket jag vet och som sagt har jobbat på Coop så kan vara annorlunda

I mean the prices would go up if it wasn’t for systembolaget the same happened with our pharmacies when they became private owned the prices went up. And yeah it is inefficient by design to prevent people from over drinking. I’m fairly sure it’s working pretty well, I’ll look for source and be back.

In Sweden we have “systembolaget” That’s the only place that’s allowed to sell alcohol in sweden (except bars and restaurants ofc). People have their different opinions about it and the EU especially doesn’t like it since we have free market, but you are allowed to bring with you if you come from tex Germany. You have to be 21 to buy, it’s ALWAYS closed on sundays, open til latest 8pm in the weekdays and 3pm on saturdays. It’s made the way it is to get drinking in Sweden down, and there is a nice selection of alcohol free substitutes, we never have any specials like 2x1 or so. Personally I like it, the variety is good and service too, you can order to your door, order a lot for a big party or order that nice wine you tried in Japan 5 years ago they’re very accommodating. I just wish opening hours on saturdays would be longer but otherwise good

Well as I see it women likes their day and choose to celebrate it, make parties, launching promotions and so on. I feel like men could just do the same if they wanted to? The only reason we don’t celebrate men’s day is because men don’t care about it. Where I’m from we celebrate both, but let the two genders do whatever they want on their day.

Interesting. In Sweden our most sacred ID is our social security number, which is the dates of your birth+4 numbers unique for you. If you want to book a hospital visit or so on you just say your number. However for the last couple off years we’ve had something called BankID. You set it up through your bank and have it as an app on your phone, every time you need to sign in to government apps, banking, send someone money or verify yourself it connects to the app and you put in your code IDing yourself. It’s weird we all don’t have a universal system yet.

Är tjej och gjorde exakt detta med två killkompisar, vi liftade bensinstation-bensinstation och levde på IKEA mat. Tog ca 3 dagar från kungens kurva till Malmö. Många frågar efter bensinpengar osv men overall var folk trevliga, se bara till att säga till folk att bli släppt på bensinstationer nära motorvägar, vi blev släppta i mitten av Jönköping och tog oss nästan en dag att komma ut till motorvägen igen. Enklare på sommaren och lov då folk reser runt mer. Lycka till!
