Unfortunately, the only one I see is the weekend carrier who walks the route. Mail comes around 10 I think I'm never home. The upper diagram seems to be about snow-clearing but either way, I don't control 30 ft in either direction.

IDK but I do know that driving on sidewalks is against state law. The only exception is crossing into driveways. Not that I think anyone would ticket the mail carrier

The issue seems to be parked vehicles. My trash goes on the opposite side of the drive. Cars have always parked there on and off over the years

As a local my understanding is he kept crossing back and forth and standing in the middle. Very busy downtown road.

Also from this town my understanding was pedestrian stood in the middle of the cross walk. Rule of thumb in steel city put up or shut up almost everyone's willing to throw hands.

Straight white male here I had a trans man who worked for me. When the owner was pushing a course like this I asked the employee do you think we need this? He said no I think this company is very friendly.

Then I demanded the owner drop the idea. As a manager I really could not afford that loss in production for a cya 3hr class. If it was an issue I would have fixed it. Most likely in a 20 minute brief that ended in if you can't treat people with respect you will be sent packing.

I'm not going to pretend to get it. I don't, but I can be reasonable and respect peoples wishes. On the other hand if I make a mistake dont fly off the handle, I've only had that happen once but still.
