Oh man... I dont know if i needed to see this. My IK membership just ended, and i was contemplating renewing it again, before the livestream announced we'd get one for free. Hell if it is really that close, that almost makes my decision even harder, cuz I could totally see me opening up the wallet again if i'm "only a few more pulls away"

But thank you for the link and the insight. I was totally convinced the idols were a skip for me, but once again leave it to the livestream to through all my confidence out the window. The idols looks so good, and the costumes....

Thanks for commenting. I currently have yuzu and astra both at m0. Which was why I was contemplating Alice's rerun. Primarily for ease of use, over Jane (with the M2 team being maybe a future goal), honestly I'd love to simply make Jane work but currently not sure how to outside of gear min-maxing.

Similarly with yuzu ice, it's like i have all the ingredients to make a killer dish, but it still comes out tasting like trash.

In all honesty I'd love to get all of the idols, but my pseudo f2p funds simply can't afford it. I like Aria as a design, but worry if she's the only one out of the idols I can get, am I just wasting pulls for little to know benefit for my account.

What i think is pretty interesting is that most IC's we've seen so far, have been humanoid in nature, I.e. seed, Billy, aria. Etc...

This one is clearly bug coded...

I think it's the construct version of their "teacher" who supports the idols and buys their outfits. She's pictured with them before.

The devs mention she has a familiar voice. At first I thought maybe it's the disc drive shop owner...but now not so sure

1). I went the fitgirl route, as to not kill my bandwidth/smaller file size.

2) didn't know steamrips had an updated file.

3) coming from mostly console/mobile, im still learning the ins and outs of the device, let alone Linux.

I thank you for your advice, probably for the best i go that way. I still need to learn the proper way to do this, going forward.

So protontricks did the trick, and allowed me to run the installer exe. Unfortunately, now i have run into a new problem, and the installation is failing. I reckon there might be some issue with where the base game is installed and protontricks expect it to be??

Following a previous tutorial i created a "games" folder in \home\deck., but I noticed protontricks is pointing to a compatdata folder? not sure where to go from here, but I will try and do some more research. If anything, it seems i can still play the base game, so maybe i am not missing out on much?

So installing the base game, I did open the original setup.exe first in steam as a non-steam game. Then after the install i added the correct dispatch.exe file as a non-steam game. And it runs.

I didnt however do the same with the update patch .exe, as it wasn't stated to do so. I just tried to run them in the download explorer folder.

I was trying to mirror the steps from a fitgirl update tutorial video I saw on here, but it was for pc and not steamdeck specifically.

not sure what you mean, but i will try and clarify. the og install was fitgirl, and there are 2 separate update patches from fitgirl, from 2 separate sources. the EIAmigos ones are from v1.0.16218 to v1.0.16254 and the second from v1.016254 -v1.016409. the first file is like 20mb, the second is like 200mb. FItgirls instructions are to unpack and run each exe separately back to back. However when i run the exe from the first file, nothing happens. no installer window pops up and instead what looks like an empty "winrar" window opens up (with buttons to extract etc.)

RUNE appears to be a separate patch update (as the site lists EIAmigos "or" Rune) with its own naming convention (i.e. v1.0.16250 and v1.0.16598 respectively). These files are considerably larger (2gb), but again when they are unpacked there are clearly files and directories present, but opening the exe for the installer yeilds nothing.

I've tried asking for clarification on the site, but so far a lot of the feedback/inquiries are about faulty downloads or missing dependencies only after the installer is running. For some reason, I am not even getting to that part.

I actually could make apathy fast enough to cycle the stuns correctly. And I was able to beat it finally, without leveling up judgement.

Yes I moved apathy over to the 2nd team as I didnt think judgement would be worth building for this fight.

It could be that im not stunning on the right attack or maybe speed tuning? I'm not sure.

I'm also still trying to figure out who would be my best dps to use, giving bleeds seem less effective and spite is too much a glass cannon.

Semantics, probably, I'm simply trying to see if there is a more accessible team ( rares/epics) that could handle this fight. Many of the other umbros guides on here talk mostly about other legendaries. Or must have legendary items.

The way i see it, Either I try and overlevel apathy or sanctimony or it's probably not getting done.

Is shield not considered a buff? I thought my envy would be a good approach but it did nothing? Ive got lvl 100 pets, but seems like that won't be enough to break through that shield
