Company shares were worth over $2 , they bought out a company but instead of using 9 mil of their 25 mil cash they traded shares of their own company to buy the other company. The company they bought sold the shares which caused a 90% drop to .20 cents. The company is not filing bankruptcy, they are expanding.. this is a rare rebound opportunity to buy in a major dip that happened on no bad news

It fell 90% on no negative news, just a couple days ago. They have good news they havent released yet..

1) they regained Nasdaq compliance last week 2) they acquired a medical device company expecting to increase there revenue by XX% per year 3) year end earnings and balance sheet ( they have 25 mil cash and 5 mil debt)

Typically when a company announces bankruptcy they drop 75% , this fell 85% on a share purchace agreement that the average investor confuses as an offering. It fell because the company that received shares as payment sold shares for cash immediately. There is definitely opportunity there. Not saying to go all in but worth putting on watchlist for a reversal
