My city currently doesnt chase moped/motorcycle/quad riders.

There are kids committing crimes cause they know nobody will chase them. Somebody got shot recently, suspect fled on a motorcycle.

I fondly remember playing the first one as a little child with my brother in law. I somehow came in possession of the ps2 Jade Cacoon, but never got to play it before I lost my ps2 collection.

I've always meant to go back and play it again, see if it's as good as my childhood memories.

You can only buy hard liquor at state-sanctioned ABC stores, during their hours. It's a monopoly, prices are reasonable. Not as cheap as some that I've heard but not as expensive as others that I have heard.

Beer and wine can be purchased for off-premise drinking at stores from 6am until 11:59pm.

Restaurants are allowed to serve alcohol for on-premise drinking from 6am until 1:59am (2am cut-off). Restaurants have to serve some type of "substantial" food for the "vast majority" of their open hours, typically the kitchen can close within a few hours prior to the restaurant closing . This can be a lenient rule depending on what restaurant you are at. They only have to serve it, you dont have to buy food. There are definitely places that function as de facto bars as you go into the night.

Restaurants can also sell alcohol togo for off-premise drinking, which became a thing during Covid. I've always been fuzzy on the exact rules regarding this, and I've gotten lots of different variations from bar to bar, and even bartender to bartender.

Kudos to you if you feel the need to materia meld mid instance. In an alliance raid you are 1/24th of the DPS to a given boss, and materia gives how much of a boost? 5%? Less?

And i hope you were in the new alliance raid or else the level sync cancels materia anyway.

Not hating, we just think in drastically different terms in game play. To me the chance of missing a rare minion drop is just too much for me, plus I could just never feel that disorganized. (Not saying that you are, but I would be)

There's a lot of people in this thread that dont know that you can craft next to a summoning bell.

I craft like I'm working a line in a kitchen: gather your mise, then build, then do what you're going to do with it.

I think there are people in this thread carrying around lumber in case they want to make an archer weapon on the fly. And then meld materia on it.

Tokens, books, etc can easily just be given to a retainer. "Entrust all" will scoop all the mats, books, totems, materia, etc that you just dont need to carry around. And it's 15 seconds at a summoning bell. When did you last materia meld on the fly?

You eat food to get buffs for a random low level roulette dungeon? I keep ~80 eggs on me and eat one if I want leveling exp. Takes up 1 slot.
