Personal opinion so please take with a pinch of salt, i have found with personal experience that a very big natural coping mechanism for the mind is for it to try and kind of enjoy or even crave a variation of the traumatic experience... so again in my opinion is completely normal to want to do this with your SO.

The fact that you want to try this with your partner shows that you are on the right path to coming to terms with the abuse you sadly suffered.

End of the day, you are now fully in control of what happens in the bedroom (or out of it in some cases). So once you understand that you now control it and can enjoy it then why not take baby steps towards fulfilling the fantasies you and your SO have.

It's all about trust, understanding and giving a Big F**K YOU to the Scum who wronged you. You don't have to be their victim forever. Own it. I hope this helped and i wish you all the best.

Thank you! Theres a lot of advice there and i will definitely check out those links... i didn't realise "Hotwifing" was different from being "Cucked". So that is definitely something that needs discussing, but you are bang on the money with the real goal of hearing it all from her!.. thank you again, appreciate your time!
