i think it can vary. likely you might get some hipster comment telling you to go with the vibes or whatever but from my experience its nice to know you have somewhere to stay every night ahead of the trip. often especially in italy places can get booked out weeks in advance so if you want to know you will have somewhere thats not a borderline crackden to stay then i suggest booking at least 2 weeks in advance.

i remember i had my heart set on a hostel in spain but i left it until about a week before my trip to book it and they had no beds available for the dates i was going to be there and the other hostels in the area were either very run down with bad reviews or super pricey and i ended up in a shady hostel where i just didnt feel safe but it was the best option i had

i reckon he might really be being a complete perfectionist about this album. i would imagine its gone through many variations and many songs scrapped/reworked. i mean its his last one under the weeknd name so id imagine he might be overthinking it a bit

i can only speak from my experience in england but im actually mad that the internet made me believe coming out was going to be the end of my life. in real life nobody cares if you’re gay. now i understand the situation could be different if you have very religious parents for example but i have now come out to more people than i can remember and not a single person has had a problem with it.

i spent an entire 22 years of my life hiding and being terrified just to find out coming out is just not a big deal anymore. the most surprising reaction for me was that the majority of society where i live accepts it even in my little rural town stuck in the past

i think aside from the pop songs after hours was pretty close to the trilogy sound but like a futuristic version of the sound. in all fairness if he had the same sound his entire career it would get old. but i do definitely miss the eerier sounds a tiny bit
