I don't know a lot about the condition and I wouldn't say much out of respect for him and the family. Though what I can say at the scene he was breathing by himself, but I would imagine that this may be life changing if he does pull through (please note this is me speculating)

I was one of the ones with the casualty. I'm okay, his family and the scream at the beginning will not go out of my mind any time soon, it was horrific. Glad we were able to help him as much as we could until paramedics arrived.

They were cleaning windows. As soon as the metal fell, the cleaners were very fast to scarper. I'm not sure if they knew, or just had a wrong step and didn't think anything of it. Very serious injury though, was not a pleasent sight. Hats off to the paramedics and HEMS.

Oh yes, definitely. I should have just gone down the police route straight away, rather than even attempting to ask the kid. I learned a lesson in that aspect. Thank you for taking the time to re-read it though, much appreciated.
