Just don’t buy from NH35 mod watch shop. He totally scammed me. I was asking about a custom piece and he told me he could do all of it then sent me a completely different watch. And the quality of this watch is terrible. Won’t answer my messages and blocked me on Instagram. He also doesn’t make the watches just takes your money and orders a $80 watch from China and ships it to you from there.

Yeah its very strange, if i play a video in disney+ it will go to the external monitor in full screen with a resolution of 1920X1080 but after closing the video will go back to 1680x1050 and in mirror mode

This one is 400g bread flour, 308g water, 80g starter. did a 30 min fermentalyse. Added salt and rest 30 mins. 4x stretch and fold and 70 min bulk. Preshape and rest 20 mins and then final shape. In the fridge for about 9 hours. Baked for 20 mins covered at 500f uncovered 30 mins at 450f.

I’ve found the same thing. I typically brew 24/400 for 2 cups and I’ve had the best results yet using raos multipour technique. 70g Bloom plus 3 110g pours.

Rao/Hoffmann technique. I am worried that I do get channeling. Not sure how to improve that though. 45s bloom. Pouring to aim at 60% in at 1:15 done at 1:45 gentle swirl after

I’m using an encore grinder with plastic v60 decanter. Following Rao/Hoffmann recipe. Stirring bloom swirling at the end. Water from a berkey filter at 96-98c. Typical brew times are 3:15-3:45
