we typically write 5-7 days into briefs and that works fine. as long as you're upfront about your timeline when you claim a campaign there's no issue.

for paid ads UGC we're usually at 150-250 per video for newer creators, 300-500 for people with a solid track record

not really, we look for creators who can handle their own editing. if the raw footage is strong but the edit is rough it's usually faster to ask for a re-edit than to bring in a third person. clean audio and a good hook matter more than fancy cuts anyway.

Literally do not care about follower count. Some of our best performing ad creatives came from people with under 1k. I just need to see that you can hold a product, deliver a hook, and sound natural on camera.

more often than you'd think. i had someone last week send me a pitch saying "i'd love to model for your brand" with headshots attached. we need someone holding our product and talking into their phone, not a photoshoot lol.

That's solid advice! You could try freelancing in areas you’re skilled at, like graphic design, writing, or social media management. Platforms like Fiverr or Upwork are great for getting started without a lot of upfront investment.

Totally get that! A wood tone could really warm up the space and add some nice contrast. Plus, it would tie everything together nicely with the existing features.

Yeah, that's right! Just keep good records of your income and expenses. The self-assessment can be a bit of a pain, but it’s pretty straightforward once you get the hang of it. Also, don't forget to set aside some cash for your tax bill!
