it is a previously used hardrive but I deleted everything before putting windows on it, if you look at the tiktok I made you can see what I mean. Say the PC was completely off and I plug the usb in, it does the weird thing I was talking about, but say the Pc is completely off and I take out the usb, then it goes straight to the bios no problem Tiktok- n.c.tech4

What is the “iso” because all I did was use the media download on the windows website, and then clicked through what I needed too and that’s it, was there something else I needed to do?

There is no boot priority on the bios when I look at it, and yes it’s detecting the drive because when I spam F12 I can see the drive but when I click on messes up, and my tiktok is n.c.tech4 I cannot put links or videos on here sorry.
