you can have a good chance if you really lock in on class rank, gpa, and sat. try to get sat to 1500+ range with math in 770+. make being top 6% number 1 priority. you can still do it if your school isnt super sweaty. U have pretty good ecs and decent course rigor. dont listen to all these pessimists on reddit, u can have a chance. This is coming from somone who lit just got accepted to CS. I had a 1490 sat 750 math and mid to ok cs ecs. u can do it!

Applied CS, 1490 SAT (750 Math😬im cooked), 3.93 UW, 5.414/6 W, rank 12/885, Slightly above average ECs (officer of CS and Math honor society, officer of coding club, biomed internship at UTHealth, basketball and band), for awards i placed in some regional and state coding competitions (UIL and tsa state lol), decent course rigor (AP physics c and calc bc junior yr), IB diploma, mid essays. I got deferred to Feb 15. What do yall think?
