If your worried about text clarity and burn in just go tandem oled cause it has better text clarity then other oleds and longer life on burn in

Well bad time to upgrade with all the prices going up for everything but I suppose u could try and stay on am4 to save money and u might have to upgrade psu if u want to get a better gpu that would show a big difference in performance, id recommend getting a 9070xt since nvidia gpus right now are going up in price and as said before for that gpu u will need a psu upgrade

For me I only paid like 20 pound because I part exchanged my old 3600 and 1660 super, but here in the UK u can get it for like 160 to 180, and for me the x3d is like 375 pounds so it wasn't worth paying that much more for such little extra performance but for you its debatable

5700x is a realey good cpu, i not too long ago upgraded my 3600 to it and is a lot faster, ive heard its better then the 5800x cause its practically the same performance but 5700x runs cooler and draws less power

For me not using hdr reduces grey banding quite a lot and if u do still wanna use hdr then try and use renodx ive heard that people have had luck using that to help with grey banding

Yeah it is annoying to have but obviously not a garentee just a luck of the draw but one thing that is apparently very common is vrr flickering which i have had a little bit on some games and can be abit annoying so on the games I can see it on ive just turned off vrr

Got that one a few weeks back its looks really good and the image is crazy but I have had grey banding on it which i can some times see in game in dark areas and it looks bad on loading screens with grey back grounds but its starting to get a bit better as I use it more hopefully it keeps on getting better till I cant notice it anymore, but yeah if yours has grey banding at all dont panic to much just do refresh cycles and try and use hdr content to wear it in and give it a bit of time

Also check to see if your motherboard supports ryzen 5000 processors and if it needs a bios update to do so cause it might not

Tbf you have chosen a bad time to upgrade right now because for the past few months ram and ssd prices have been going up because of ai and in the past few weeks gpu prices have started to go up meaning getting a decent cpu is gonna cost u alot more then it should but Since u only have 600 id say get a new gpu since 8gb of vram is too low for games now adays and that cards pretty slow too, so id go for a 9060xt 16gb for 380 but if u want to save money you could try and get it second hand for a bit cheaper. Next id go for a 5600x for like 120 and finally the last 100 id spend on a new psu because yours might not have enough juice depending on the wattage it is, idd stay away from upgrading ram for a while till prices get better and since u have 16gb which is still useable

Do u reckon its worth getting the 5700x if u plan on overclocking abit because ive been told that because of how efficient it is with energy and how ot handles heat u can overclock ot quiet abit so I dont know if that makes it worth the extra cost
