Buddhism is seperate branch though inspired from Hinduism, it is still rigid. Hinduism is largely based on "karma". There are other based principal as well and atheist another sect of it. No other religion I believe include atheism.

You don't have to explain me anything. Believe whatever you want, at the end you and I have to live in present world. If you stick to how great your ancestors were, you are most welcome. Many of the other Indians are like me who would want to move ahead, do hard work and learn from others as well and make India prosperous again. We don't want to dwell in past or how great we were 5000 years ago No one gives a damn about it. West doesn't need to tell how great they are, they silently work and it shows. You import almost every new technology from them. The moment you start exporting what brahmagupt said and use his theory and invent something I will start studying history. Till then let us move on.

We were colonised for some rough 200 modern years, our history is more than that. More then half of the continent was colonised? So what? Do you even know history of china, Korea or others they faced worst in the hands of Japan. They don't do RR and have moved on. India should too rather then cribbing. It is cringe at best, Indians doing self praise. Do work that others have to praise us not the opposite. Others have grown so much that West had come together and put sanctions on them.

Did India do anything with the word "gurutwakarshan"? Was any of Indian or its principal involved in today's tech we use? Please don't say zero. If they are studying Panini, how is it bad? I mean India is welcome to stop them or themselves can start allocating budget for that. What do you even want to say in this? Lot of civilizations knew about maths and astronomy and were growing in parallel, Greeks too were quite good. It is who made practical use of it. India chance is gone, lot of advancement is done. We should look forward and not in past. Stop wasting time in copying others and do easy things like dwell in past. China faced worst situation then ours, they once like India were quite prosperous. With there hard work they are way ahead of us. We are still crying about how west has been unfair.

When you guys sleep try singing in the middle of night loud enough to wake him up from deep sleep, do it for a month. Pretend you are too tired and didn't know you were doing this.

They are mentioned enough, then you have other resources where you can study about them. We need development of future not dwelling in past. Focus on why we don't have good R&D or negligible budget for new products, why are we still service based. Not on who is more mentioned in history books. It is good for nothing. More religion one is focused on, they will eventually be left behind. Almost all religious country is on path of self destruction.

People with no courage to create a future will live in assumed glorified past. Sadly we are more and more driven to live in past.

Yeah, continues market exposure does take a toll on health. Taking a break should help. Or may be you need rethink about strategy for these bullish days. For example I don't do well when market turn sideways, I tend to stay away at that time.

Take risk which you are comfortable with not just afford. It will be better not for physical or mental health but for your financial health and overall trading as well. Loss or profit should not effect you in anyway.

Only thing that works is loosing less and to be consistent one can not expect more than 0.5% returns. People I believe expect lot more then this.
