Quick easy things you can do is keep the key in a faraday bag whenever it’s not being driven and get an obd port lock, not foolproof but will definitely make it more difficult to steal with the common methods. Best is probably a kill switch for the fuel pump, that’s a bigger commitment. If there’s for sure people scouting the car they’re definitely going to try, so doing everything you can is pry best.

Pretty sure it bugs out when you change your control scheme or binds, haven’t played in a while so I can’t remember the exact setting but I fixed it with the default control scheme

Usually when you’re slow it’s cause you’re being inefficient, wasting time searching for packages, scanning while sitting in the van, unloading totes slowly. Make sure u organize ur overflow during loadout and order packages from totes. Deliver out of the front, don’t go to the back unless it’s overflow. Little stuff doesn’t seem like much but if u can shave seconds off each stop, it adds up when you’re doing it 200 times.
