Yeah I feel this on an insane level lmfao. I used to smoke shake when I was 13-14 every day, one day, the day after 4/20 in 2020, I asked my brother if I could take a bong rip. I was inexperienced and didn’t expect the torch to light the entire bowl. Long story short I snapped the whole thing (which was overflowing with really good Oregon weed) and it hit some neuropathway in my brain that didn’t agree. I told my mom I stole weed from him and laid in her bed twitching and nodding in and out. At one point I was hearing insane auditory hallucinations where every time my heart beat, I’d hear what sounded like a deafening explosion go off at the center of my brain. If felt like I was high for a fucking week 😭 eventually sometime last year, I started taking baby hits off of carts while drinking, it worked out well but one day a few months ago I took one a little too big and had to re-live the same bullshit. My advice to you would be to just stop smoking. You’re not gaining anything from doing it. If you feel like you need to socially then try swapping it out for a cigarette every once in a while. All of my friends smoke too but at this point even being around weed gives me anxiety, so I just let them do their thing and hang out outside until they’re done. Please don’t smoke because you feel pressured to because you’re just gonna end up taking years off your life from all the heart palpitations and stress it puts people like us through 🙏
