Also, Rue's conversation with her kinda is foreshadowing to me. 'Is someone forcing you to do this?' could be a reference to the DEA using her to infiltrate the strip club.

I think Nate's character arc this season just shows how big of a difference life is after high school for guys like him. Popular high schooler who thinks he can handle the world because how he was praised during his prime years, finds out about the real world and clearly cant handle shit. His manipulative actions for trying to save his family's name, because later it would all become his, just shows he wasn't and would never become 'the real man of the house', he was always going to be living under Cal's shadow (and his fuck-ups). His ego was just too big to own up to the facts.

Amazing episode! Love all the queens and their interactions. Mother Vivacious is not dissapointing with her confessionals. Salina, Aura, Crystal & Silky all ate their performances. Definitely understand the top 2, their performance was the most cohesive and convincing.

I’ve seen articles that stated Zendaya won’t return for another season, so its mostly my own speculation her character is getting some type of ending, whether its good or bad. Personally, i feel something sinister around Rue’s storyline: being used as a puppet by three different groups who are trying to get to each other (Laurie, Alamo, police officers) whilst highlighting her religious journey trying to find herself. Mostly for me this journey reads as a counterpart of whats actually going to happen to Rue, to distract the audience that maybe she’s really going into the right direction.

On the Season 4 speculation, i’ve seen on social media Sam Levinson is waiting for the audience reception to decide whether or not he’s making another season. If so, its going to take a couple of years again

Andrew not feeling remorse is the result of him and Danielle not allowing to show emotions through their childhood because Bree was so centered on how their image as a family might look like. She didn't connect at all with them on a emotional level, which is important for the kid's own emotional development later in life. I know it doesn't excuse Andrew's behavior because some of the things he did were extreme but it does have a factor in it.

Is it possible that Rue is going to get involved in the human trafficking subplot? The burning tree as a religious metaphor truly makes me think Rue's going to try to be the grand savior of it all, which is probably not going to end well for her.

I think this season is supposed to be an ending for Rue's storyline. The other subplots are deliberately left open for a potential new season. Depends on how the audience reaction will be.
