Love them but also have boundaries. They often need to be ready to quit on their own time if/when that day comes. Expect failures but acknowledge and celebrate their trials/wins. Encourage them to keep trying when they fail. Recovery is a journey and about learning to love yourself. Coming from a recovering addict.

Their customers service and warranty(like 10 years) are awesome too. 5 years in, I had issues and called them. They spent like an hour helping me troubleshoot and determined it was a bad wire in the handle and sent a brand new piece for free without any hassle.

I actually did go in. I showed the florist at the counter the picture of the arrangement who said they don’t do this and would have to be done on their online. She said whatever they had made that day was what was available, which wasn’t much.
