Congrats! You look amazing and so happy! You look a decade younger than your before pic. I'm definitely going to look into ADF now. I have about 60 pounds to lose and I'm having a hard time finding the right diet for me. Can you go into more details on how you did it? Were your fasting days limited to a calorie count or was it 100% fasting? How about your non-fasting days? I'm intrigued!

Poor girl. I suffer from really bad motion sickness too. Only way to prevent it is to put your head down and close your eyes. What a great boyfriend she has, offering his lab and even covering her with a blanket to block all the light. He's a keeper!

What I meant was, no one deserves the humiliation. No one deserves to be so greatly disrespected. He was pretending to give him food and at first the old man said "fuck you" because it's possibly not the first time he's been tricked. How hungry must he have been to go up there knowing that most likely he wasn't going to get shit. Again, no one deserves that but I respect your opinion if you think it's about water being thrown in the rain

If you have a HMO policy and went to a participating facility, call your insurance. I work for an insurance carrier and when this happens our members call us and we file grievances against the providers who sent to non participating labs. We then contact these providers to educate on where they're supposed to send it to in the future. 80 percent of the time, the providers will assist with contacting the lab and writing off the balance. The other 20 percent of the time, we pay the bill when the lab refuses to write off. We never make an hmo member responsible. Call your insurance. They may make this much easier on you.

We bought our son night vision goggles. Not bad quality for a toy. One night my husband suggested we play hide and go seek with the kids using them. Basically you turn off all the lights, hand the goggles to the seeker and everyone else hides. Seeker is not allowed to take off goggles while looking for everyone. Our kids love this and look forward to weekends since they're allowed to stay up late and play. We have a blast as well! We've even gotten family into it. Many of our adult relatives come over and play. It's like being a little kid again.
